摘要: Recent years have showed a growing interest to replace the administration of antibiotics with application probiotics. The aim our investigation was screen for promising strains broad antimicrobial activity and also more resistant challenges met in gastrointestinal tract. In study, only 32 out 50 (64%) probiotic isolates antagonistic against certain major extensively pandrug-resistant Gram-positive -negative food-borne pathogens. Fifteen L. plantarum had antibacterial spectrum. Among these isolates, five presented potent relative previous studies. recorded inhibition zone diameter ranged from 25 44 mm. Pronounced cell-free supernatant activities (6400-25600 AU/ml) were commonly detected at end logarithmic phase 37°C. A marked increase range (12800-51200 after addition 0.9% NaCl media. Moreover, subjecting different stressors, including high temperature, low pH, concentrations bile NaCl, revealed responses, two resistance all stress factors. This study highlights intense induced by various food associated pathogens, their ability resist stressors suggests that they can be used pharmaceutical industry.
