摘要: Almost 3 billion people worldwide burn solid fuels indoors. These include biomass and coal. Although indoor fuel smoke is likely a greater problem in developing countries, wood burning populations developed countries may also be at risk from these exposures. Despite the large population worldwide, effect of exposure to has not been adequately studied. Indoor air pollution use strongly associated with COPD (both emphysema chronic bronchitis), acute respiratory tract infections, lung cancer (primarily coal use) weakly asthma, tuberculosis, interstitial disease. Tobacco further potentiates development disease among subjects exposed smoke. There need perform additional interventional studies this field. It important increase awareness about health effects inhalation physicians patients as well trigger preventive actions through education, research, policy change both countries.
