摘要: This paper describes a technique developed for the formation of self-assembled protein monomolecular layer. The main idea is direct transfer molecules consisting Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) film onto surface another chemically modified metal substrate and induction spontaneous monolayer (SAM) by chemisorption without aggregates. In present experiments, cytochrome c (cyt c) SAM on gold was prepared incubating EDC/MUA-modified overlaid with cyt LB in phosphate buffer solution. Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) image shows that size clusters most part approximately 5 nm, indicating rectifying property confirmed to remain an asymmetric I-V curve applied bias from -1 V 1 V.
