摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system requiring no warming for defrosting an apparatus when starting it. SOLUTION: This is provided with gas supply and exhaust part where containing steam passes as operated, this also heating means to heat at least of the part, control prescribed period by using stopping cell.
