摘要: Inconsistency regarding the influence of Ar addition on ozone generation in a corona discharge has been found relevant studies. Unlike literature to date, dielectric barrier (DBD) reactor is adopted this study. In clarifying whether using as an additive would lead different types behavior DBD and discharge, study also motivated explore possible causes leading inconsistency. The experimental results show that adding into O2 plasma same discharge. Moreover, all controversial caused by reported are observed well, indicating comprehensive enough interpret By examining detail, it influences were assumptions. At fixed applied voltage, might increase concentration increased, which from higher power. Nevertheless, for certain specific input energy (the ratio power gas flow rate), lower increased. Therefore, not good way enhance economic point view.
