摘要: Krill oil including astaxanthin was extracted using supercritical CO2 and hexane. The effects of different parameters such as pressure (15 to 25MPa), temperature (35 45 °C), extraction time, were investigated. flow rate (22 gmin−1) constant for the entire period 2.5 h. maximum yield found at higher pressure. obtained by SC-CO2 contained a high percentage polyunsaturated fatty acids, especially EPA DHA. acidity peroxide value krill lower than that showed more stability hexane extraction. amount in determined HPLC compared conditions. 25 MPa °C.
