摘要: A method of preparing a powder coating composition comprises: (a) forming mixture comprising solid particles which include curable resin and cross-linking agent that is reactive with the suspended in an aqueous liquid phase water, surfactant, stabilizer, promoter; (b) warming to temperature sufficient effect reshaping rounding particles; (c) separating from phase; (d) drying form powder.
