摘要: Purpose: Enabling valuable research findings to be used by the field requires a strategic approach dissemination and utilization rather than simply making constituencies aware of information. This article describes conceptual framework for information, along with examples its use Boston University Roybal Center Enhancement Late Life Function. Design Methods: The identifies dissemination/utilization goals exposure, experience, expertise, embedding (‘‘4 E’’) relates each goal strategies targeted specific users. Results Implications: center exposed information through presentations, print- Web-based provided consumers family members new motivational videotapes, developed expertise-level training programs, embedded within organizations systems. 4 E can translate critical outcomes into useful assist better care support available individuals in late life.
