摘要: Abstract This paper presents a flameless catalytic combustion-based thermoelectric power generator that uses commercial modules. The structure of the (TEG) is introduced and performance measured based on designed circuit system. open voltage TEG about 7.3 V. maximum output can reach up to 6.5 W when load resistance matches internal resistance. However, system sensitive variation. To improve this characteristic, point tracking technique used results in an 13.8 V. improved characteristic makes good charger keep lead acid battery fully charged so as meet needs electronic instruments gas pipelines. In addition, combustion features have been investigated temperature measurement. Test show uniformity heat transfer process chamber play important roles improving output. It get optimized (maximum output: 8.3 W) by uniformly filling thermal insulation material (asbestos) avoid non-uniform process.
