摘要: Abstract In this study the dot–dot interaction in ionic colloids is systematically investigated by self-consistently solving coupled Schrodinger and Poisson equations frame of finite difference method (FDM). a first approximation interacting two-dot system (dimer) described using picture two quantum wells. It was found that changes colloid characteristic changing hopping coefficient ( t ) consequently nanodot surface charge density σ ). The were as function dot size distance.
