摘要: The rate of absorption thioridazine varied greatly in ten healthy volunteers who took 100 mg the morning after an overnight fast. peak level blood was also variable and it reached 1 1/4 to 4 h dosing. Maximal concentrations widely from 0.13 µg/ml 0.52 µg/ml. No relation found between weight or sex subjects pharmacokinetics drug. serum half life three 9, 10 respectively. In a group 22 patients receiving less than 5 mg/kg body day, there strong correlation dose evening concentration blood. A positive observed age patient those received doses weight.
