摘要: A system and method for signal processing to remove unwanted noise components including: (i) wavelength-independent motion artifacts such as tissue, bone skin effects, (ii) wavelength-dependent artifact/noise venous blood pulsation movement due various sources including muscle pump, respiratory pump physical perturbation. Disclosed are methods, analytics, their uses reliable perfusion monitoring, arterial oxygen saturation heart rate monitoring during daily activities in hospital settings extraction of physiological parameters respiration information, hemodynamic parameters, capacity, fluid responsiveness. The methods disclosed extendable include platforms perfusion, hypoxia, arrhythmia detection, airway obstruction detection sleep disorders apnea.
