摘要: Seven animal drugs [penicillin G (PENG), sulfadimethoxine (SDMX), oxytetracycline (OTET), erythromycin (ERY), ketoprofen (KETO), thiabendazole (THIA), and ivermectin (IVR)] were used to evaluate the drug distribution between milk fat skim fractions of cow milk. More than 90% radioactivity was distributed into fraction for ERY, KETO, OTET, PENG, SDMX, approximately 80% THIA, 13% IVR. The significantly correlated drug's lipophilicity (partition coefficient, log P, or D, which includes ionization). Data fit with linear mixed effects models; best obtained within this data set D versus observed ratios. These candidate empirical models serve assisting predict concentration these in a variety products.
