摘要: AbstractThe heat affected zone (HAZ) cracking behaviour in a laser beam directionally solidified (DS) Rene 80 nickel based superalloy subjected to preweld treatments was studied. The HAZ cracks the alloy are grain boundary liquation caused by reaction of both non-equilibrium secondary solidification product, MC carbides and equilibrium solid state γ′ precipitates. In contrast theoretical prediction treatment that reduced liquid film thickness did not result lower cracking, which can be related concomitant reduction ability base relax welding stress. addition, formation intergranular M5B3 boride particles appeared have aided susceptibility lowering temperature widening brittle range during cooling. Based on analysis results, application new prevents fo...
