摘要: A process for forming lactose suitable use in a pharmaceutical formulation comprises providing plurality of particles containing no more than 10% w/w having volume average particle size about 70 microns or less; milling the to yield milled with an size, (D50), ranging from 50 100 microns; and classifying into at least two fractions comprising fine fraction coarse wherein has 3 microns, 40 250 microns.
