摘要: Allergen-specific immunotherapy (AIT) is the only treatment able to change natural course of allergic diseases. We aimed at investigating clinical efficacy SLITOR (Serbian registered vaccine for sublingual allergen specific immunotherapy). 7–18 years old children with asthma and rhinitis were enrolled addressed active (AIT plus pharmacological treatment) or control (standard only) group. Clinical medications scores, lung function exhaled FeNO measured baseline every follow-up. There was a significant improvement in both nasal symptom scores as well medication score SLIT showed an important influence on airway inflammation. Our data that effective not terms patient reported outcomes but pulmonary decrease lower inflammation also observed.
