摘要: Polycrystalline samples of the perovskite type alkaline earth hafhates, BaHfO 3 and SrHfO were prepared by mixing appropriate amounts HfO 2 , BaCO SrCO followed reacting at 1273 K in air sintering. The crystal structure lattice parameter evaluated with an X-ray diffraction analysis. thermal expansion coefficient, melting temperature, heat capacity, diffusivity, conductivity, elastic modulus, Debye micro-Vickers hardness measured. is a cubic 0.4171 nm room temperature. average linear coefficients are 7.97x10 -6 -1 for 11.3x10 temperature range between 300 about 1200 K. temperatures 2893 3200 K, respectively. Young's modulus 194 GPa (91 %T.D.), which slightly lower than that (220 GPa, 91 %T.D.). conductivities 14.1 5.20 Wm
