摘要: 1. A tissue culture method was devised in which suspensions of osteoblasts, obtained directly from frontal bones fowl embryos, were grown a fluid, fibrin-free medium. 2. Maximum growth the tissue, as measured by dry weight, with formation collagen protein, based on estimation hydroxyproline, periods up to 6 days. 3. Appreciable amounts protein-bound hydroxyproline formed during first 24 hour period, but electron microscopy portions same cultures failed demonstrate presence any typical fibrils. 4.
