摘要: Cord blood (CB) stem cell transplantation has developed into a safe, efficient and affordable method in the clinic. However there are yet important issues that need to be resolved enable widespread use of this valuable source cells. The most limitation CB is inadequate number hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells especially for adults. One methods solving problem expansion without losing their engraftment potential. Importantly, improving expression adhesion molecules would improve transplantation. Several studies have been performed on interactions various biological mediators with objective homing properties these Researchers applied cytokines growth factors as well as, recently neuropeptides. This review will focus recent works designed achieve more effective regimens by employing
