摘要: The present study has tried to explore Occupational Self Efficacy in relation Organizational Commitment among Private Sector Executives. data was collected on 200 private sector executives equally divided into two groups the basis of their perceived organizational commitment (high and low). Dhar et. al’s (2007) Scale Pethe (1999) were used measure self efficacy respondents. results have revealed some important findings: (i) respondents differed significantly all dimensions self-efficacy commitment, (ii) males found be more confident while females report personnel effectiveness occupational (iii) who reported high possess positive attitude confidence respectively.
