摘要: Abstract It has long been known that Tissue Factor (TF) plays a role in blood coagulation and direct thrombotic action is closely related to cardiovascular risk, but it becoming increasingly clear much wider range of biological functions from inflammation immunity. also involved maintaining heart haemostasis structure, the observation down-regulated myocardium patients with dilated cardiomyopathy suggests influences cell-to-cell contact stability contractility, thus contributes cardiac dysfunction. However, molecular mechanisms underlying these coagulation-independent have not yet fully elucidated. In order analyse influence TF on cardiomyocitic proteome, we used functional biochemical approaches incorporating label-free quantitative proteomics gene silencing, found this provided powerful means identifying new for regulating splicing machinery together expression several proteins spliceosome, mRNA metabolism considerable impact cell viability. Biological significance study, using approaches, define first time that, addition its primary coagulation, novel machinery, relevant survival. This function may help explain wide activities TF, provide fruitful clues developing strategies treating human diseases which dysregulated.
