On the Uniqueness of User Equilibrium Flow with Speed Limit

摘要: This technical note focuses on the link flow uniqueness of user equilibrium (UE) with speed limits. Under a mild assumption monotonicity travel time function, UE solutions are well recognized to be unique. However, incorporation limits in network has undermined strict functions, thus flows links may not addresses problem two major contributions. First, polyhedron defined is provided, and it proven that unique if only contains one value. Second, concise methods proposed mathematically check whether singleton, which can easily solved convenient for practical use.
