摘要: Purpose: Evaluation of the potential usability an iPad 3 with a high-resolution display in CT emergency diagnosis compared to 3 D PACS workstation. Materials and Methods: readers used 5-point Likert scale evaluate 40 CCT scans CTPA determine detectability early signs infarction or segmental subsegmental pulmonary embolisms angiography arteries (CTPA) on (Apple Inc., USA) using application for image viewing (Visage Ease, Visage Imaging GmbH, Berlin) workstation 7.1, Imaging, certified monitor viewing. The results were Wilcoxon rank sum test, Spearman’s correlation coefficient, kappa statistic. Results: There was no significant difference median evaluations readings both (p > 0.05) all three readers. mean coefficient 0.46 (± 0.2) 0.69 (± 0.16), respectively, comparison iPad/PACS, 0.41 (± 0.16) 0.68 (± 0.06), interobserver agreement iPad, 0.35 (± 0.05) (± 0.10), PACS. Mean values 0.52 (± 0.17) iPad/PACS 0.33 0.32 achieved. For average 0.67 (± 0.19) calculated (± 0.08) 0.60 (± 0.14), concordance PACS. All differences not statistically (p > 0.05). Conclusion: variability interpretation typical does differ from variability. Key Points: Citation Format: Tewes S, Rodt T, Marquardt S et al.
