摘要: Abstract The adhesiveness of human blood platelets has been measured by an in vitro technique which employs a short contact time and requires no anticoagulant before with foreign surface. Under these conditions, platelet is normal disorders coagulation patients receiving heparin but deficient thrombasthenia ion Willebrand's disease. When exposed to glass, time-consuming reaction occurs, manifested rise adhesiveness. This phenomenon calcium not blocked heparin. These observations are consistent the thesis that initial aggregation hemostasis dependent on coagulation.
