摘要: The purpose of this approach is to establish the twin impacts organizational innovation (OI) with learning (OL) in relation between knowledge management (KM) and performance (OP). 168 companies manufacturing Food Company were chosen from Malaysia, Taiwan, China path analysis used analyse underlying hypotheses. research framework under study contain four latent variables (OP; OL; KM; OI) three observed indicators (firm type; firm size; age). Structural equation modelling include mediation moderation study. obtained results support literature regarding relationship among these constructs prove that combination OI OL mediator linkage KM performance. Moreover, age, size type are acting as moderators variables. introduced model can be consider a basic for technology studies. Limitation implications future studies discussed.
