摘要: The influence of heating from 260 to 400 K on the structure and mechanism formation a molecular water film adsorbed walls plane fracture with width 2.5 nm in silver iodide crystal has been studied by computer simulation method level. adsorption wall negative ions surface layer strongly drops behind opposite positive surface. At initial submonomolecular stage, material at temperatures close freezing point is clusterized two-dimensional gas containing large amount five-link cycles. increase temperature accompanied strong decrease degree clusterization. Whereas spots monomolecular clearly outlined edges are formed low temperature, under conditions raised growth centers absent, coating uniform. leads destruction hexagonal film, pronounced expressed asymmetry ability conserved. Possible consequences transformations for thermodynamic behavior system discussed.
