摘要: Total parenteral nutrition with an amino acidglucose solution has previously been shown to decrease rat hepatic drug metabolism compared metabolic activity observed in rats receiving the same enterally and chow-fed animals. Because changes membrane fluidity lipid composition are reported influence of a number liver enzymes, effects enteral on microsomal were assessed mixed-function oxidase activity. Both hyperalimentation produced significant (fluorescence anisotropy=0.155 ± 0.003 both experimental groups versus 0.129 for microsomes from animals). However, meperidine demethylase was significantly decreased experiments only parenterally hyperalimented animals, whereas ethoxyresorufin deethylase reduced enteral-nutrition group. Inclusion administered normalized profile those animals but did not increase demethylation. produce physical state membranes, these responsible altered during hyperalimentation.
