摘要: Nerve growth factor (NGF) receptor mRNA was found to be widely distributed throughout the human central nervous system, with highest levels in basal forebrain; this suggests that NGF may function as a retrograde trophic messenger for forebrain magnocellular cholinergic nerve cells.
