摘要: A variety of conflicting criteria in the form objective functions exist budget allocation optimisation problem for bridge rehabilitation projects. Budget decision-making such transportation assets is generally a combinatorial problem. The nature good reason decision-makers to apply multi-objective techniques. However, manually choosing an acceptable solution from set optimal solutions time-consuming task, which would be avoided if technique could followed by ranking method obtain unique solution. To enhance process, this paper develops posteriori approach prioritise Pareto-Optimal (PO) generated genetic algorithm order identify package activities. By identifying most conventional based on technical and managerial criteria, knapsack constructed. PO will then prioritised applying ‘Technique Order Preference Similarity Ideal Solution’. feasibility study finally demonstrated through illustrative example. proposed may facilitate process where one or few are demanded.
