摘要: Despite decades of attention to noncompliance treatment for hypertension, the problem remains a significant factor in inadequate control blood pressure. Current approaches enhancing compliance use patient demographics, medication characteristics, clinical factors, health beliefs, and quality patient-provider communication. Clinical researchers are just beginning apply new approach that views as behavior change taking place over time. In this view, patients do not simply their through one-time decision take directed by physicians; they move five stages change. Clinicians can increase assessing determine patient's stage change, then matching interventions stage.
