摘要: 1. Two separate placebo-controlled studies of parallel design were carried out to evaluate the efficacy single doses (400 mg) soluble ibuprofen, ibuprofen liquid in a gelatin capsule and tablets (Nurofen), patients with postoperative pain after third molar surgery. 2. All preparations provided significant relief (P less than 0.05) over 6 h investigation period. 3. Mean scores similar. 4. Soluble 400 mg an earlier onset (20 min) (30 min). 5. No unwanted effects reported various treatment groups. 6. The evaluated this study are effective up 4 for controlling form is more efficacious regard action.
