摘要: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an AD converter for measuring radiation, capable of giving instruction peak stretching all peaks, surely conducting conversion effective to prevent missing in counting pulses, and improving rate, even when a superimposed pulse is inputted. SOLUTION: This radiation consists stretch circuit 2 included input signal, detection 3 detecting the pulse, leading edge 5 pile up 8 setting inspection time pile-up 7 AD-converting output circuit, control 6 based on signal from sending which instructs conversion, detected circuit.
