The effect of inventory performance on product quality: The mediating effect of financial performance

摘要: The purpose of this paper is to empirically investigate the relationship among inventory performance, financial performance (FP) and product quality.,The empirical analysis based on two-stage least squares detailed firm-transaction data from Chinese manufacturing export firms for period between 2001 2013.,Results show that has a positive impact quality while using efficiency, productivity leanness measure performance. Furthermore, effect found be partially mediated by FP.,The research provides mangers evidence benefits as an antecedent quality. Managers without sufficient liquidity or cost advantage get better FP can achieve improvement through enhancing management performance.,This study first investigates quality, examines mediating relationship.
