摘要: The recent policy discussion in the UK on economic case for demand response (DR) calls a reflection available evidence regarding its costs and benefits. Existing studies tend to consider size of investments returns certain forms DR isolation do not welfare effects. From review existing studies, documents, some simple modelling benefits providing reserve unforeseen events, we demonstrate that electricity markets is positive. Consideration gains provided.
