摘要: ABSTRACTThis article aims to explore the academic identities under conditions of means-ends decoupling at nation-state level. For empirical evidence we choose Ukraine. In 2014, after Revolution Dignity despite adoption policies aimed construct like in Western universities intended outcomes were not achieved. It occurred due both and organizational levels.
