摘要: Abstract In addressing a potential bioprocess for bioactives production from microalgae, the choice of proper culture medium is key factor. present work, an optimal producing marine dinoflagellate microalga Karlodinium veneficum was formulated using stochastic search strategy based on genetic algorithm. The optimized formulation had 25 components including macronutrients, trace elements and vitamins. With this medium, final attainable cell concentration during batch growth enhanced by 120% relative to control grown in L1 medium. titer bioactive karlotoxins measured hemolytic activity filtrate 190% control. These results are promising basis further development photobioreactor strategies microalgal dinoflagellates.
