Frequency dependent electrical conductivity and dielectric relaxation behavior in amorphous (90V2O5–10Bi2O3) oxide semiconductors doped with SrTiO3

摘要: Abstract We report on the experimental results of frequency dependent a.c. conductivity and dielectric constant SrTiO 3 doped 90V 2 O 5 –10Bi semiconducting oxide glasses for wide ranges (500–10 4  Hz) temperature (80–400 K). These show very large constants (10 –10 ) compared with that pure base glass (≈10 without exhibit Debye-type relaxation behavior. The increase in is considered to be due formation microcrystals TiO matrix. are n-type semiconductors as observed from measurements thermoelectric power. Unlike many vanadate glasses, Long's overlapping polaron tunnelling (OLPT) model found most appropriate fitting data, while undoped V –Bi correlated barrier hopping conduction mechanism valid. This change network structure caused by doping . power law behavior ( σ ac = A ω s x ).
