A 2.4GHz CMOS Gilbert Mixer in 180nm Technology

摘要: This paper presents the design of an analog CMOS Gilbert cell Mixer for RF Receiver front end application. Input frequency mixer is 2.4GHz and operated at 1.8V power supply. The schematic has been implemented using UMC-180nm technology simulated on spectre-RF simulator Cadence. input LO proposed 2.25GHz respectively, resulting in output IF 250MHz. It achieves a conversion Gain around 13dB considerable NF. IIP3 1-db Compression point are also measured. Layout extracted view presented this paper.
