摘要: The zero-frequency limit (ZFL) of the energy spectrum ($\frac{dE}{d\ensuremath{\omega}d\ensuremath{\Omega}}$) for gravitational radiation emitted during scattering or collision two particles is investigated. If asymptotic trajectories have constant velocities, at least one which nonzero, then ZFL flat and can be easily calculated. These calculations are made cases distant encounters head-on collisions compact objects, comparisons to previous methods made. It found that not only gives exact low-frequency results, but it provides an estimate total radiated, its polarization, angular distribution. Applied high-velocity (${V}_{\ensuremath{\infty}}\ensuremath{\sim}1$) equal-mass black holes predicts isotropic distribution with efficiency order unity.
