摘要: In this paper, we discuss fundamental issues underlying holographic data storage: grating formation, recording and readout of thick thin holograms, multiplexing techniques, signal-to-noise ratio considerations, techniques suitable for conventional, phase conjugate, associative search retrieval. Next, consider materials characteristics digital storage, followed by a discussion on photorefractive media, fixing noise in photovoltaic other media with local response. Subsequently, photopolymer materials, system tradeoffs section signal processing en/decoding succeeded electronic implementations control, encoding, recovery. We proceed further presenting significant demonstrations systems. close discussing the outlook future storage systems potential applications which would be particularly suited.
