摘要: Das Mammakarzinom ist mit etwa 57.000 Neuerkrankungen pro Jahr in Deutschland immer noch an erster Stelle der gynakologischen Malignome. Die Prognose hat sich den letzten Jahrzehnten durch Einfuhrung und Optimierung Systemtherapie einschlieslich zielgerichteten Therapie Industrienationen deutlich verbessert. Zielgerichtet sollte jedoch nicht nur die sein. Operative Konzepte, das Optimum onkologischer Sicherheit gleichzeitig hochsten Grad Asthetik erreichen, sollten ebenso zielgerichtet entwickelt werden korperliche Integritat sowie Korperbild Patientin schutzen.
