摘要: Anticardiolipin antibodies (ACA) belong to a heterogeneous group of directed against negatively charged phospholipids. In patients with rheumatic disorders, their presence has been correlated the occurrence thromboembolic complications, thrombocytopenia, abortions and other disease manifestations. Several studies have revealed detection mostly high-titre ACA in significant proportion HIV-infected without any known clinical relationship. our study, were detected 17/34 patients, was significantly associated cerebral perfusion abnormalities by 99mTc-HMPAO SPECT. SPECT scans classified as normal or focal diffuse defects uptake. Most (13/16) had elevated titres contrast 4/18 findings (P = 0.002). Focal uptake always ACA. No correlation features laboratory parameters evident. Our results suggest possible implication autoimmune mechanisms pathogenesis scanning patients. However, further are needed evaluate significance develop therapeutic consequences.
