摘要: Among the various inorganic nanoparticles, silver nanoparticles have received substantial attention in field of antimicrobial research. For safe and biocompatible use research, different biogenic routes are developed to synthesize that do not toxic chemicals. those, plant part extract becomes an emerging because acts as reducing well capping agent. large-scale production antibacterial using part, synthesis route should be very simple, rapid, cost-effective environment friendly based on easy availability non-toxic nature plant, stability potential biosynthesized nanoparticles. In present study, we report a for green guava (Psidium guajava) leaf This has been opted study its known medicinal properties, it is easily available all seasons everywhere. The characterized by UV–Vis TEM analysis. average particle size 40 nm range 10–90 nm. activity these against Pseudomonas aeruginosa MTCC 741 measured disc diffusion method, agar cup assay serial dilution turbidity measurement assay. results show synthesized extract, inhibit growth bacteria.
