摘要: Abstract A novel approach of constructing photometrically seamless mosaics reflectance, color-ratios, and phase–curve slopes using LROC WAC images has been developed, which can be used to map the photometric parameters lunar surface. The takes into account both geometric corrections with data on local topography conjunctions our simple model. New obtained technique allow more reliable studies structural chemical characteristics This applied analyze anomaly (21.6 S, 17.7 W, ~40 km in size) Mare Nubium detected earlier Earth-based observations. For each point scene were calculated least-square method for several tens source images. Clementine also analysis, e.g., order estimate parameter maturity degree Is/FeO. low FeO TiO2 abundance reveals a higher slope phase function than surroundings. Thermal from LRO Diviner measurements do not show anomalies this region. We consider area as shallow flooding an elevated formation highland composition, material could have excavated mixed up upper layers surface through meteoroid impacts. anomalous behavior explained by difference structure surrounding regions scale less centimeters. may due larger quantities small fragments rocks clumps and/or presence agglomerates having open structure.
