摘要: In this study, the coating of Ni–Ni3Si nanocomposite was produced in-situ on plain carbon steel using spark plasma sintering process Ni and Si powders followed by heat treatment. Increasing content in from 6 to 13 wt% increased amount coatings (from 5.1 11.8 wt%). The corrosion behavior coated samples 1 M sulfuric acid solution investigated potentiodynamic polarization electrochemical impedance spectroscopy techniques. coating, eutectic structure consisting Ni3Si phases observed be uniformly distributed. nanoparticles with an approximate size 90 nm were obtained results showed that passive is treatment due uniform distribution also diffusion silicon into nickel phase. excellent passivation highest resistance wt%Si after
