摘要: Radiography, CT(A), and MRI(A) are the major radiological techniques to evaluate pelvic hip sports injury. Intra-articular pathology of is ideally assessed with magnetic resonance arthrography (MRA). Typical diagnoses labral lesions in femoroacetabular impingement. Hyaline articular cartilage abnormalities identified lower sensitivity. loose bodies well demonstrated on MRA (direct or indirect) (D-MRA I-MRA). Avascular necrosis (AVN) may occur athletes especially after subcapital fracture dislocation. MRI very sensitive specific diagnosis AVN hip. Based shape lesion, can be differentiated from subchondral insufficiency fractures (SIF) osteoporotic women. Subchondral fatigue young show identical imaging findings as located either femoral head acetabulum.
