摘要: Multiplex PCR is a variant of conventional which includes two or more pairs primers in single reaction to amplify corresponding genes simultaneously. In this study, reliable multiplex analysis protocol was established for simple and fast detection transgenes plant materials. Two primers, neomycin phosphotransferase gene 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate synthase gene, were selected target resident respectively. The method bypasses routine DNA extraction, requires only very little amount tissue produces results as shown by successful discrimination transformed nontransformed tobacco, tomato kumquat facilitates early identification transgenic buds when they are still quite small.
