摘要: In recent years, new concepts in textile dyeing technology have been investigated which aim to decrease the use of chemicals and emission water. this work, cotton textiles with reactive dyes has a silicone non-aqueous system. Compared conventional aqueous dyeing, almost 100% can be adsorbed on without using any salts systems, fixation dye is also higher (80%~90% for vs. 40%~50% traditional dyeing). The pseudo-second-order kinetic model best describe adsorption equilibrium systems as well water reached quickly. Particularly siloxane system, time only 5⁻10 min at 25 °C, whereas more needed 60 °C surface tension media influences rate dye. lower tension, faster dye, final uptake As result, provides an innovative approach increase under low temperature, addition making large savings.
