摘要: The objective of this study was to investigate the molecular characterization Listeria species isolated from frozen raw fish. A total 219 samples consisting 104 mackerel, 52 horse 51 catfish and 12 herring were collected analyzed by bacteriological, serological, antimicrobial methods. Overall, 29(56.9%) 1(0.96%) mackerel respectively positive for spp. No detected in mackerel. In catfish, L. welshimeri (13.7 %) most commonly followed monocytogenes (11.8 %), innocua (9.8 grayi subsp. murrayi (7.8 ivanovii (3.9 %). only one sample. isolates serotyped as type 1 4 (3 each) non-typeable. Antimicrobial resistance profiling showed all resistant ampicillin tetracycline. Two erythromycin. However, they susceptible rifampicin, vancomycin, chloramphenicol streptomycin. Four virulence-associated genes (prfA, hlyA, actA inlA) addition genus gene (prs) investigated using multiplex PCR. All prs but, tested virulence genes. Our indicates that imported can represent a significant source potential health risk listeriosis.
