摘要: This study sought to clarify the subdimensions of domain quality nursing care as measured by Quality Patient Care Scale. The received 269 surgical patients over a predetermined period was assessed nonparticipant nurse observers using methodology. instrument contains six subscales. data analyses showed them be internally homogeneous and capable providing reliable measurements. unrotated first factor for each subscale is strong items correlate with it respective totals. However, in Psychosocial Individual, Physical, General areas, enough clustering within subscales emerged support contention that there are several conceptually discrete, yet interdependent, sources variation subdomain. identified items, but, present exploratory mode research, ability understand apparent complexity subdomains limited. Future researchers should elaborate these complexities determine if they represent consistent discrete variance can replicated used provide more accurate assessments. moderately intercorrelated, evidenced discriminant validity.
